Chai Me specialises in importing and blending tea and spices for the food service industry and produces ready to drink products direct to consumers. We supply over 1,500 cafes around Australian directly and indirectly through out partnered distributors.

What does Chai Me stand for?

Chai Me supports real and sustainable throughout our entire organisation. Chai Me unites our distribution partners and customers through innovation and transparency. Our core values are built on quality, trust and service and create our products with these things in mind.

What is Chai?

The word ‘Chai’ in India and throughout all of Central Asia means ‘Tea’. In Australia and the western world ‘Chai’ usually means a tea made with aromatic spices and brewed using a type of milk, usually cow’s milk or soy milk.

And I believe that the words we not only tell the world and those around us but certainly to that man or woman in the mirror each day have the ability to propel us forward to defeat us before we even start — so choosing them wisely makes all the difference.

I often tell my story of being at the bottom of my rope and wondering which way I would turn in my early career days as a real estate agent. One of the affirmations that helped me climb to the top and that I still use today to inspire my days and keep negativity at bay is, “I will always be guided to do and say the things that contribute to my success. Anything that happens — happens in my best interest.”

How to Prepare a Chai Latte

“Chai Latte”, that trendy name we have heard a lot of times lately. For those who don’t know what it is, or don’t know how to prepare one, fear not as we’re here to help. At Chai Me we’ve made things easier for you to enjoy a Chai Latte almost straight away. This is because we have created our product for everyone to enjoy, not just baristas.

If you already have our Chai Syrup, just pour 15 ml (about 2 tablespoons) into an empty cup, fill up to the top with hot milk (it works  fine as well with cold milk, and it’s a refreshing drink during summer), stir for about 30 seconds and ENJOY!!
