Smoothies are always a nice way to cool down and feel healthy so we have decided to share this idea with you. We always love to experiment new ways to use our products and this is sure to be one we will continue to make over the warmer months.

Banana Chai Smoothie

Two teaspoons of our Chai Powder
1 ripened banana
A handful of chia seeds
Your favourite milk (Full Cream, BonSoy, MilkLab Almond)

Use a blender to create a smooth texture with all the ingredients for a about a minute or so. The Chai Powder will blend fantastically with the milk and leave you with a fresh smell of real spices. Add extra milk into the blender to please. Serve on with or without ice in a large glass. Sprinkle with some cinnamon for that extra spice hit.

This creation definiltey tasted like perfection when we tried it. The great thing about it is that you can be as creative as you want by adding other ingredients to suit your own tastebuds.

Brewing Sticky Chai

Sticky Chai BrewBrewing your Sticky Chai the right way is easy but important to ensure you achieve a quality and more authentic chai latte finish. Just spoon out about two teaspoons of sticky into a jug, add some hot milk or water, steep for a minute or so, let the flavours infuse into the liquid and then strain into your favourite cup.

Naturally sweetened with Australian honey, this little blend is made from all 5 natural spices and black tea. Our Sticky only contains ingredients that can be grown & sourced from your garden!

The taste is so real and the honey has just enough sweetness to suit. We even like to brew this one and serve it in a teapot so it can be really enjoyed while you relax and wind down.

Wintery Sunrise | Life Lessons

Our favourite lessons are the ones we learn from living life.

Sunrise on the Northern Beaches

Nature shows us a quality Winter sunrise at a favourite NSW headland of ours… Always a little bit different each day which offers as a reminder that each day brings new changes, new challenges and new opportunity! Embrace it and live it. Nature has a habit of making us realise how lucky we are to be alive.

Try new things, challenge your thinking and don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Our belief is that a mistake is a great lesson to be learned and ultimately train yourself to not make the same mistake twice. Get up early, stay up late, do things a little bit differently and you will quickly discover that beautiful things are out there waiting to be experienced.

If you don’t succeed the first time, don’t give up. Keep working towards your goal and that dream will become a reality.
